MY APPROACH TO MEDIATION
I approach mediation with careful preparation and a firm hand on the process itself. Before the session, I work with counsel to clarify procedural expectations and decision-making authority. Once mediation begins, I keep the room steady — especially when emotion or financial pressure threatens to derail progress.
In commercial and investment disputes, that means staying close to the business realities and risk exposure driving the negotiation. In high-conflict matters, it means holding the pace and structure of the process itself.
