Prior to mediation, I coordinate with counsel to clarify procedural expectations, decision-making authority, and the practical parameters shaping negotiation. During the session, I maintain a steady and controlled environment, particularly where emotions or financial pressures complicate progress.
In commercial and investment matters, attention to business realities, stakeholder alignment, and risk exposure is central. In high-conflict disputes, maintaining structure and pace is equally critical.
