MEDIATION SERVICES

Mediation is a voluntary, confidential process where a neutral third party helps disputing parties reach a resolution without going to court. I facilitate the conversation, help clarify the issues, and guide both sides toward a mutually acceptable agreement — the outcome is entirely in your hands.

My practice focuses on commercial and investment-related disputes, including business partnership and closely held entity conflicts, real property and construction matters, employment disputes, entertainment contracts, and cross-border investment matters, as well as high-conflict family matters.

Once both parties reach an agreement and sign it, it can be drafted to be legally binding and enforceable, similar to a settlement reached in litigation. I coordinate with counsel to formalize the terms.

It's not required, but many parties in commercial matters choose to have counsel present or available for consultation. I coordinate with counsel before and during sessions to keep the process moving efficiently.
